Problem
How is box 10 on page T 1 completed to show the net amount of non savings income taxed at the trust rate on income chargeable on the settlor?
Resolution
Users are required to:
1. Log on to Personal Tax and select client.
2. Select Trusts, Settlements and Estates, select Income Chargeable on Settlors.
3. Click New, add the trust details.
4. Enter the Net income, enable Chargeable at the rate applicable to trusts and Basic rate.
