If the Fixed assets were valued last year and there has been no valuation this year, The asset will show the wording COST as a heading If the user would like the heading to say COST OR VALUATION the user would need to fill the following screen for current and comparative year Edit / Data Screens / Notes to Financial Statements / Balance Sheet Items / Tangible Fixed Assets / Revaluation / Analysis of “Cost or Valuation Once the data screen has been completed the note will appear with the heading: COST OR VALUATION
