Problem
How do I remove the Auditors or Accountants name and address from the flysheet?
Resolution
Following the steps below may help to resolve the problem
NOTE: The Alias FLY will need to be set to FLO.
To set the Alias at Client Level (for one client only)
Select:
Edit | Report Aliases – In the ‘Standard’ box enter $ff and in the ‘Client specific’ box enter $OO (O for Oscar) | Click ‘OK’ – Click ‘Cancel’ to close.
To set an Alias at Chart Level (all clients attached to specific chart)
Select:
Setup | Accounts charts | Select the appropriate chart | click ‘Amend’ | Output report FDF chart aliases
NOTE: If no Aliases have been set, click ‘OK’ on the message ‘No Report Aliases to List. ‘
In the ‘Standard’ box enter $FF and in the ‘Chart specific’ box enter $OO (O for Oscar) | Click ‘OK’ – Click ‘Cancel’ to close.
Alternatively:
Select:
Client | View | Accountant | Click ‘No accountant’
