Problem

When bringing in documents via Netscan is it possible to use a barcode separator? For example, when using a Multi-Function Device to scan many documents to a Netscan path, to then import into IRIS Docs.

Resolution

The documents, including the barcode separators must be scanned in as TIF images, preferably Group 4 CCITT, and at a dpi rate of 200-250. This will then create one amassed TIF document, that when brought into IRIS Docs via the Netscan path will be divided up according to where the barcode separators have been placed.
