Problem
Unable to update timesheets to the time ledger since upgrading to version 21.4.0
Resolution
Since upgrading to version 21.4.0 you are unable to update timesheets to the time ledger receiving the below error message.
The user who is updating the time ledger will need the following privilege ticked under their name
Can update timesheets that are open
To assign this privilege to the user who is updating the ledger please login to IRIS as MASTER | Open System Maintenance | Staff | Staff Maintenance | Highlight the user and click view | Click on the privileges tab and tick the below privilege ensuring this is green and press Save.
