Unable to change email recipient via spyglass on version 22.1
Resolution

There is a defect in version 22.1 when sending an email from IRIS. When clicking on the magnifying glass you are unable to change the email address of the recipient. This will be resolved in service pack 22.1.1 w/c 16th May 2022.

There is a Hotfix available if you would like to deploy this before then. Click here to download the Hotfix.

Note: In order to run this fix all users will need to be out of IRIS and you will need to stop the IRIS Scheduler service manually.
This will need to be applied to the full IRIS install on the application server, along with any LPO installations present on client machines.
