IRIS PT/BT - There was a Transmission Failure! Returns Rejected - when you try and submit 2+ Tax returns at the same time
Resolution
On the ‘Transmit Internet’ screen you are trying to submit 2+ periods at the same time (eg you have highlighted two or more rows at the same time and click transmit): and you get the error: There was a Transmission Failure! XX Returns Rejected
Click Ok to close the message, go back to the ‘Transmit Internet’ screen and only click the 1st period (don’t touch the others) and now transmit it. If you get a error, you will now have a option to view the specific details and contact us at IRIS support with the details of the error.
