Problem

Currently there is an issue where IRIS accountancy suite and IRIS Openspace not logging in and/or slow

Resolution

IRIS is currently back up and running normally as well as Openspace. you can now re-add the Openspace credentials back. You can now re-enter the Openspace credentials.

Once in:

  • Setup
  • System Maintenance
  • Staff | Staff Maintenance
    Highlight the person with credentials | View
    Delete the Openspace credentials (username AND password)
    Save
    Repeat for all staff

Openspace will be down until further notice

***This is not available to be done in Keytime due to admin having Openspace credentials and is the only one that can remove, so therefor cannot be removed. If you can access as Admin, please remove these details for user’s until working again***

ONCE THIS IS RUNNING AS NORMAL AGAIN, YOU WILL NEED TO RE-INPUT CREDENTIALS FOR STAFF MEMBERS FOR IRIS TO WORK AGAIN. CLICK HERE FOR THE KB ARTICLE ON DOING THIS, SO YOU CAN GET INDIVDUAL’S TO RE-ENTER THEIR OWN CREDENTIALS
