Companies are not appearing in FBI, within CT Platform
Resolution
This is often due to a missing date within the ‘Actual Date’ field in event 21 of the FBI Events.
1. Open PTP CT Platform
2. Highlight the client and then click onto the CT600 Returns tab
3. Click onto the Events button towards the bottom of the screen
4. Click onto the FBI Events tab on the top right of the screen
5. In order for companies to appear in FBI, a date must be entered in the ‘Actual Date’ column for event 21
Alternatively please check that the correct year has been selected in the drop down box ‘Periods Ending in Financial Year’ in the FBI screen. Please note that this year refers to tax years as opposed to calendar years so a return with period ending 31/03/2023 would appear under 2022 as the tax year changes on the 1st April. Finally check the Excluded Returns button within the FBI window.
