Problem
When trying to prepare the files in FBI a prefiling validation appears which mentions 'Tag is PostCode'.
Resolution
Users will need to rekey the postcode on the Client Main Details screen ensuring that there is only one space in the middle and none at the end. If using an international address, the postcode should be left blank or users may enter the dummy postcode of Q1 1IJ.
This validation may also occur, even if the postcode is valid, if only one line of the address has been entered.
