Payments on Account are not showing in the Tax Calculation
Resolution
There are a number of reasons why POAs may not appear
1. If the tax liability is less than £1000
2. If the liability is below £3000 and is being collected through the PAYE tax code
3. If more than 80% of tax paid is met from tax paid at source
Further detail for a particular client may be found in the Calculation screen by clicking onto Full Working Sheets and then Preview Calc to see the full calculation of payments on account in section 13.
