Problem
It has been reported that when trying to print a FBI return users receive the following error.
Exe = platform
Version = 10.134.0
Form = serverwrapper.cls
Proc = els function
Error Line 11190
Error Code 440
Automation error
OK
The remote server does not exist or unavailable
Resolution
Users are required to:
1. Open Control Panel
2. Open Program and Features
3. Select PTP Platform
4. Select uninstall
5. Click here to download the current version of the PTP Software
6. Download and install this to your current PTP folder. (Normally located C:PTP)
7. As part of this process it will also be a requirement for the user to install the PTP Earlier Years software. Please click here to download and install the Early Years software.
