It has been reported that on rare occasions when trying to access PTP Tax Platform users may get the following error.

Message: Invalid Property Value
Resolution
The following info refers to changes to the PC registry, PTP advises that you seek professsional IT help before making any changes to the PC registery.
1. Press the Windows + R key
2. Type Regedit
3. Open the registry and navigate to the following location HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionFonts.
4. Check that the following keys/value exists
Key / value
MS Sans Serif 8,10,12,14,18,24 / SSERIFE.FON
MS Serif 8,10,12,14,18,24 / SERIFE.FON
Courier 10,12,15 / COURE.FON
5. If any of these entries are missing (or the value does not match), you will need to add/amend them. If all the registry keys are present and match, you may need to check the fonts folder to make sure the above fonts are located in the folder
