Problem
When entering the licence code a message appears to say 'The Unlock Code is not valid. Please check that you have entered the details correctly, and try again.'
Resolution
It may be the unlock code was miskeyed, this can be copied and pasted from the pdf registration document received by email. Alternatively it may be that the Registered Company Name entered into the software does not match exactly with the company name on the registration document. These must match exactly for the unlock code to be accepted. Either amend the Registered Company Name within the software or contact the licensing team to request a new licence with a revised company name.
