How to complete Question 13 on page 7 of the Trust return
Resolution
The following data items must be completed directly on Question 13. Running the Tax Calculation will populate the remainder of the boxes based on the entries elsewhere on the return.
B2 and B3 are the percentages of Scrip and Other Income where entitlement is not subject to the trustees’ discretion.
Entries to populate boxes 13.8, 13.12, 13.14 and 13.18 are made via the fanned pages icon at the top left of the screen.
Once these entries have been completed close the return and run the Tax Calculation. Return to page 7 of the return and the figures will have populated in Question 13.
