Problem
A small number of users reported problems when preparing FBI files for multiple returns at the same time. This manifested as pre filing validations indicating that numbers are not adding up correctly e.g. 9188, 9195, 9188, or even as the number from box 155 or 190 appearing on the other return being processed at the same time. This was intermittent but hopefully now resolved.
Resolution
The workaround was to process one return at a time through FBI.
