How to reduce Payments on Account (POAs)

Resolution

If the calculated POAs need to be reduced please do the following:
1. On page TC1 tick box 10 to indicate a claim to reduce payments on account
2. On page TC1 in box 11 enter the revised amount of the first POA (not the amount it is to be reduced by)
3. Make a note in the white space in box 17 on page TC2 to provide an explanation
Alternatively, an SA303 form may be printed. See KB https://www.iris.co.uk/support/knowledgebase/kb/KBA-03642/.
