PTP TPO - message: No data to write

Resolution

If the message : ‘No data to write’ appears please do the following below:

– Click on ‘7: System Administration‘
– Click on ‘System Administration …‘ button
– Click on ‘Firm Details‘ button
– Click on ‘Head Office‘ tab
– Click on ‘New Fax….‘ button – If it does not have a Fax number, then you can enter a space which is also included as a character
