Problem
In Accounts Production a user sees a message license limit reached - x number of clients connected to chart
Resolution

There are 2 steps to resolve this.

First go to Setup / Account charts / select the chart and on bottom right clients using chart. Identify the clients you no longer require.

Go into the client and it is optional to take an extract by going to Client / Extract in case you did need the data in the future.

Then in the tabs at top of your screen, go to Posting / Post File Maintenance / Delete in identifiers screen.

You can then check this client is no longer on the list of licenses by going into Setup / Account Charts in first step.
