When generating/printing Fee documents you receive the error Microsoft Office has identified a potential security concern

Resolution

We have been made aware of an error which occurs when printing documents within IRIS Fees Module.
This error has occurred due to an Office update released on Wednesday August 25th 2021.

This is affecting customers on Office Version 14326.20238 and 14326.20404. You can check the build you are running by opening a blank Word Document | File | Account | About Word | Build Number. If this is the version you have installed then you are affected.

This issue was also reported in July 2021 and resolved itself by installing future Office updates, we would suggest rolling back this particular update for now. This also is not isolated to IRIS Mail Merges this affects any Mail Merge done on Microsoft Word, HERE is a link to a forum with potential suggestions to resolve the issue i would recommend consulting with your IT Department before doing this.
