IRIS Openspace- How to edit the name approving documents? eg you have 2 clients with same email, yet only one name is used to approve all the sent documents

Resolution

Openspace will always use the very first client name created in OS to approve the documents – So if a ‘John Smith’ in PT was the 1st one created in Openspace and thus John Smith will always be used when approving all documents.

Simply OS user accounts has to have ONE designated name linked to it and this name will be used when approving. If they do want separate approvals, then they need separate emails etc.

Want to just edit this one approver name:

1.Ask the client to login to their OS account

2. On the top right – they will see their email

3. Click ‘account’

4. User details

5. It uses the name listed here for approvals – if they want to edit it to whatever they want
