OpenSpace eApproval requests error out with the “something has gone wrong,” message.
The upload in some cases does complete uploading but the resulting document will not have the request.
This issue can occur intermittently and a subsequent attempt to upload the document for eApproval may well work.
If you find you are experiencing the issue consistently please try to clear your browser’s cache and then attempt an upload with eApproval.

We are currently aware of users receiving the error en masse when uploading documents and requesting approval.
IRIS Development are looking into this issue and have made some changes to the system which should now allow you to upload files and request approval. We will update this page with any further information as soon as we receive this.
