Problem
The Clients name in Openspace needs to be changed how should i do this
Resolution
If you want to change the name of a client in IRIS Openspace we would recommend you to follow these steps.
- First we would suggest for you to have valid OS Credentials in IRIS Accountancy Suite please click HERE for the steps.
- Change the clients name in IRIS Accountancy Suite.
To access this screen, go to PM | Launch | Client Lookup | View the client | Basic tab and change the name of the company and click Save. Alternatively, from the same screen, go to Full Names amend the name and click Save.
- Once this is done upload a document from IRIS Accountancy Suite to IRIS Openspace. Click HERE for steps on how to do this
