IRIS Personal Tax- Pension is showing a 10% deduction on tax comp
Resolution
Our Development team have been working on this and can confirm that this is an issue within the software and the 10% deduction is showing in error. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you. The work around to allow you to file your return successfully to HMRC is to change the pension paid from field to UK.
- Log into Iris Personal Tax
- Select the client
- Click on Pension and State Benefits
- Other Pensions
- Double click on the entry
- Change the field “Pension Paid From” to UK
- Click on Ok
