Resolution
This can affect Personal Tax and P11D.
This is a IRIS permissions on your IRIS login causing this: Ask your MASTER user or ADMIN and get them to check the IRIS staff group permissions and make sure PT has ‘full access’ for your own login(eg anyone affected by this). Once done, restart your IRIS again and login. If this issue continues then the server etc will need to be restarted as well.
Do note this is not a ‘IRIS privilege’s’ settings for the affected user.
