IRIS Trust Tax- crashing when running any report; payments of income etc. for certain clients
Resolution
It has been reported that since upgrading to 21.4.0, Trust Tax to crash when running any reports for certain clients.
This issue can be resolved by installing a hotfix; available here .
Note: All users need to logoff IRIS before installing the hotfix. The hotfix will need to be run on the server where IRIS is installed and on any terminal servers.
We advise that your IT department install this hotfix.
