Resolution

1.Load the Trust and and relevant tax year

2. Edit and Capital Assets

3. Assets and create the property asset and tick Land and Property and if Residential then tick this- Save the work

4. On the Disposal section – select the property and enter in Disposal date, values etc and go to the UK Property Disposal return and fill in ‘Tax on gain already charged’ – save
