Resolution
This is a DEFECT in the software and will be fixed in Version 21.1.0, which is due to be released in April 2021. However, please see the work around below for an immediate Fix. It is advised to have your Technical Support team to carry out this procedure.
Please do the following to resolve your issue: –
- Close all of IRIS
- Download the SA905 PDF
- https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/873658/sa905_2020.pdf
- Go to the IRIS directory and drop the file attached within:
- IRIS | Report Templates | HMRC | 2020
- Once this is done – open IRIS Trust Tax and your issue should be resolved immediately.
