A loyal IRIS customer for two decades, the firm first shared their story with us in 2023. We recently reconnected with tgfp to explore how their partnership with IRIS has evolved. Ben Reynolds, Partner at tgfp, shared how IRIS Anywhere and IRIS Accountancy Suite have supported the firm’s growth and enhanced its flexibility.

Scaling up without slowing down

Since the last time we spoke to tgfp, the team has expanded from 60 to 72, reflecting steady growth and increasing demand for their services. Through this growth, tgfp continue to rely on IRIS Accountancy Suite as the backbone for their operations. For Ben, its reliability which makes it indispensable. He says, “What I love about Accountancy Suite is that it runs in the background with no issues.”

Having ditched paper-based accounting a few years ago, the firm is fully digital and make use of the integration tools within Accountancy Suite. Tying in My Work Papers, Ben tells us, “The link between IRIS and MWP works really well. The fact that journals can be posted and then appear in other software is really handy.” He mentions that the wider team at tgfp find this feature invaluable, “The team love Accountancy Suite, and I think the integration when transferring data from Xero and other software is very good and definitely makes their lives easier.”

While MFA feels like an extra step, Ben acknowledges its importance, “I do feel really secure with IRIS. It might frustrate me sometimes when I have to log back in with MFA, but it’s for good reason.
