With Christmas 2016 just around the corner, here’s a handy summary of our opening hours and delivery deadlines over the festive period.

The deadline for deliveries via both Parcelforce and the Royal Mail is today for the standard 24 hour delivery. Normal service for deliveries and collections resumes from Wednesday 28th December onwards. IRIS will always strive to adhere to the customers’ needs and will treat any late deliveries individually, however please be aware that even if an additional charge has been paid to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, the responsibility still remains with the courier. Please contact us for further information or to report a late delivery.

Below is a summary of our opening times over the festive period. Normal service will resume on Tuesday 3rd January onwards, as the New Year’s Day bank holiday is carried over onto Monday 2nd next year.

  • Friday 30th Dec – 9am – 5pm
  • Saturday 31st Dec – Closed
  • Sunday 1st Jan – Closed
  • Monday 2nd Jan – Closed
  • Tuesday 3rd Jan – Normal Service Resumes
