(UvJaa)GP Payroll (Q9ig2)GP Accounts
It is impossible to switch on the direct accounts transfer as the program cannot find a copy of the IRIS GP accounts program on your computer. Contact IRIS if you would like a free 4 month trial version of the accounts software.
When opening Setup / Options > 8- Accounts Link the user gets the following error:
Resolution
You will need to reinstall the latest version of GP Accounts from our website.
If your data is networked, you may want to make a note of the data location before installing the latest version. You can check the location of the data home path by going to “Help” > ” About“.
