We’re delighted to announce that our Operations Director, Nigel Francis, has been named as one of the 50 leaders in Knowledge & Professional Services in The Reward 300.

The recognition programme originally began in 2009, awarding the Payroll Top 50 before expanding to better reflect the various leaders across payroll, HR, employee benefits, workplace pensions and associated sectors.

Nigel has been key to the development of our IRIS Payroll Professional software, and he has driven the development of our new automation module, Virtual Payroll Assistant.

Nigel Francis says, “There are not many industries where what you do on a day-to-day basis has such a huge impact on the lives of so many people in every sector of the economy. This has become even more apparent during the COVID-19 pandemic where UK payroll teams have really been the unsung heroes.”

He adds, “Having such an impact on so many people is a big responsibility, and I know it is not just a key motivator for me, but it’s the same for all the teams that I am lucky enough to work with. It’s an honour to have been selected as a member of this year’s Reward 300 and truly a recognition of the hard work from the IRIS teams and in particular my colleagues in IRIS Payroll Professional.”

The star-studded gala dinner will take place during National Payroll Week, commencing 7th September.
