The Alliance Automotive Group was founded in 1998. Initially a network of 2 branches distributing vehicle components, the business has now grown to over 200 locations nationwide, servicing the automotive aftermarket with parts and accessories.
As a large group, spanning five individual entities that had grown organically, Alliance Automotive’s talent team was looking for an applicant tracking system to unify processes and centralise the management and control of recruitment activity. As a growing organisation, they needed a system that would evolve alongside their practices, but also be an intuitive platform that all hiring managers could easily utilise.
Alliance Automotive collaborated with networx for a full digital transformation of their recruitment workflow; streamlining processes into one centralised system. With a newly designed system, Alliance Automotive has aligned recruitment processes across all entities, with the flexibility to address the nuances and requirements of each individual entity.
The complex implementation built a strong partnership between Alliance Automotive and networx, devising processes, automated workflows and user control settings to maximise efficiencies and to provide a new level of operational transparency across the organisation. With improved reporting, there is clear accountability across hiring managers and the talent team, and greater insight into candidate behaviour, trends, and diversity reporting.
With a new digital onboarding experience, the candidate journey is unified and consistently branded. The integrated Right to Work Checks, automated notifications and enforced processes, ensure all candidates receive the attention they deserve. This is driving greater engagement from candidates throughout the process and supporting Alliance Automotive to be an employer of choice.
The implementation of networx ATS has helped Alliance Automotive to reduce agency reliance and expenditure, and also save time throughout the entire recruitment process, with the introduction of automation. The system continues to evolve alongside the requirements of Alliance Automotive and remains flexible and intuitive for users.
