Problem
When trying to send an EPS user gets the error:
Resolution
This error occurs when one or more of the software components responsible for communicating to HMRC are missing or incorrectly registered on your PC.
The first thing to do is make sure you are on the latest version of your payroll software, check the latest version here:
If you are using an older version of the software we recommend you update as soon as possible. Run the installation while logged in with an administrator account to make sure all software components are registered correctly.
