How do I install IRIS Accountancy Suite when using Terminal Server or Remote Desktop Services?
Resolution
Due to the errors identified in KB IAS-10380 the recommendation for installing IRIS onto a Terminal Server is to copy the programs locally.
IRIS have developed a specific installer for this procedure. An LPO.exe that matches the full install version is saved into the IRIS Server directory and then activated by the AdvLocalProgSetup.exe, see below.
The latest LPO.exe file can be found here, save it into your IRIS folder.
NOTE: This file will need to be downloaded for every IRIS update, then follow the guide below to re-run the install

The list of LPO.exe files for the most recent versions of IRIS can be found here , please make sure you have the relevant file that matches your full install version and rename to just LPO.exe when saving it into your IRIS folder.
