Problem

I am filing by internet and am getting 'Error 5012 in UTR'. How do I resolve this?

Resolution

The UTR must be numeric and be a maximum of ten characters. Users are required to enter the company’s UTR via Client | View | Tax. Enter the ten digits without any spaces.
