Q: What led you to pursue a career in payroll? 

“I found that payroll offers a combination of compliance, number-driven work and general challenge.

“My passion for precision, process improvements and problem-solving all align with the demands of payroll, keeping the role exciting and fulfilling!”

Q: Can you tell us a little about your role and what you do on a daily basis?  

“As a payroll manager, I lead a team of extremely talented payroll experts.

“My key result areas (KRAs) primarily relate to quality, on-time delivery, efficiency, compliance and team upskilling.

Q: Are there any common misconceptions about payroll outsourcing that you’d like to clear up? 

“One of the main concerns people voice relates to data security.
