We have installed electric vehicle charging points, LED lighting, recycling and waste management in most of our offices and use 100% renewable energy at our head office.

We offer green benefits including an electric car salary scheme, cycle scheme, and interest-free travel loans. By using technology to reduce travel, we’ve cut car, air, and rail trips by an average of 52% over the past three years.

Our Green Group shares tips and we promote sustainable ways to use company Giving Back Days, such as litter picking and beach cleans, as well as rewarding colleagues through green-focussed competitions.

We provide over 99% of our payroll customer’s with epayslips, our software is released online to eliminate landfill, we donate unused laptops to children home-schooling during the pandemic and offer green workplace ISA options.

We build long-term relationships with partners who have a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policy and share our commitment to sustainability and fairtrade prices.

Wherever possible we seek to use suppliers who operate sustainably and are committed to reducing their carbon footprint.
