(H)it the ground (R)unning 

Now, I’ve never been a runner. 

It’s always been something that’s posed a challenge, so this summer, I set myself the goal of running 5km. 

Using the classic Couch to 5k running programme, I’m proud to say I hit my goal, even if I was as red as a tomato and sweating buckets.  

I know what you’re thinking: why should we care, and what does this have to do with HR and payroll? 

Hear me out, there’s method to this madness.  

My running journey has inspired me to replicate my own Couch to 5k programme, aiming to give businesses some tangible direction for making the most of HR and payroll, which I’ve dubbed (H)it the ground (R)unning.
