Resolution

To change the rounding account at Client level, users are required to select Posting | Rounding Accounts KB12192 | How do I change the default rounding account? Select the relevant account code(s) and then press OK. To change the rounding account at Chart level users are required to select Setup | Accounts Charts KB12192b | How do I change the default rounding account? Select the relevant chart and then click Amend | Rounding error accounts KB12192c | How do I change the default rounding account? Select the relevant account code(s) and then press OK. Note: The rounding account specified must be an appropriate account per the Chart of Accounts. Do not use a main account code where a sub account code is specified.
