Dave Burns is the Chief Customer Officer at IRIS, where he leads the global Customer Success function. He works across all client-facing teams to deliver a seamless customer journey and ensure organisations gain maximum value from IRIS solutions.

With more than 25 years of global experience in software and services, Dave has held senior roles at Accenture, SAP, and JP Morgan, as well as scaling customer-centric teams within high-growth start-ups. Most recently, he played a pivotal role in expanding Accenture Revenue Solutions’ portfolio and held executive positions at Napier, where he helped build market-leading anti-money-laundering technology.
