Sabby Gill is the CEO of Dext, the bookkeeping automation platform acquired by IRIS in 2024. He leads Dext’s strategic vision, product innovation, and growth as part of the IRIS portfolio, ensuring the platform delivers meaningful automation for accountants and businesses worldwide.

Sabby brings more than 35 years of experience across sales, operations, development, support, and customer service in the global technology sector. Before joining Dext in 2022, he served as CEO of Thomas International and previously led Sage in the UK and Ireland. Across his career, he has focused on empowering organisations with technology that unlocks productivity and potential.

Sabby also plays an active role in shaping the future of the UK tech sector, serving on the CBI Tech Council, the UK Digital Economy Council, and chairing the Digital Leaders Advisory Board.
