She tells us, “We have a HR dashboard which helps us track key metrics on a full scale of all the employees. It’s really important to have one centralised place where we can do a scan of all the key items we are tracking and working towards improving.”

She tells us her favourite feature is the screen designer, “I love that the screen designer tool lets you customise the system to suit your needs. Anything we would have tracked on word docs or in forms or on spreadsheets we’ve moved onto the system by creating a screen for it.” For Laura, the total control and visibility over HR operations is what makes Cascade stand out from the rest!
