IRIS Software Group Named One of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women for Fifth Year in a Row
London, UK – July 30th, 2025 – IRIS Software Group (IRIS), has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women, marking its fifth year in a row on the prestigious list from Great Place to Work® UK, the global authority on workplace culture.
This year, IRIS has ranked 29 out of 55 in the Super Large (1,000+ employees) category, an improvement from last year’s ranking at number 34. The ranking is driven by results from the annual Great Place to Work® survey which assesses how well organisations create a positive and equitable environment for all employees, with emphasis on the experience of its female employees.
48% of IRIS’ workforce are women, benchmarking far above the global industry average of 26% – reflecting its commitment to fostering a truly inclusive workplace where women are empowered to thrive. Its gender equality strategy is supported by a number of initiatives, including its dedicated THRIVE programme which continues to drive progress on gender equity by hosting events, advocating for the gender pay gap to close, and increasing female representation at all levels.
