IRIS Software Group named as one of the UK's Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing for the third year in a row 

IRIS Software Group, one of the UK’s largest privately-held software companies, has officially been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing 2024 by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, for the third year running. 

The list recognises companies that excel at making employee wellbeing a core part of their company culture, prioritising their physical, mental and financial aspects of working life. The results are driven by employees’ feedback assessing their holistic experiences of wellbeing at work through fundamental facets of employee wellbeing, including: work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction and financial security.  

Employees praised IRIS’ wellbeing initiatives including funding training for Mental Health First Aiders, employee Affinity Groups to encourage everyone to bring their whole selves to work, monthly Wellbeing and Inclusion Newsletter, IRIS Local communities for remote workers, social committees and being about to support charities or communities through paid Giving Back Days.
