Council tax deducting too much
Resolution
Due to the issue date not being entered. This will cause the system to default to 1998 bands rather than the post-April 2007 bands.
Go to the Pay/Deds tab in the employee record, select the council deduction and click on the “Loan/AEO Settings” button.
Enter the appropriate issue date and save the employee record:
