Problem
User finds that when printing the plain paper P45 report for a leaver the report is split over multiple pages eg. 6 sheets of paper as opposed to 3.
Resolution
This issue is caused by printer driver issues.
We recommend you (or your IT support) uninstall any existing printer software and download and install the latest available from the printer manufacturer.
These will be available to download from the respective websites.
Please Note: IRIS support is unable to assist you with printer drivers/software. Any queries should be directed to your IT department or the support provided by the printer manufacturer.
Alternatively: You can also try printing to a different printer if available. As a last resort you could install CutePDF, click here, (or any other VIRTUAL PRINTER) this will install a PDF printer driver. This will allow you to create a PDF from any report and print using adobe reader. This is just mentioned as an example of a free virtual printer software program. There are many alternatives, free and paid for, that may be more or less suitable for your system configuration.
PLEASE NOTE: In ALL reported instances of this problem the issues has ALWAYS been with the printer being used not with payroll itself.
