Problem
When trying to produce a specific report user gets the error:
Resolution
This error occurs when the report instructions for the option selected are not available to the system.
This could be because the report is no longer valid and the report instructions have been removed from the system or a system update has replaced the instructions with an updated rule set.
Check in “Reports” | “Library Selection”
Check through the categories here and reinstall the corrected / updated report. Try printing the report again.
If you cannot find the report in the library it will have been removed as it is no longer valid under current legislation.
