Problem

Since moving to Windows 7 (or higher) I am no longer able to back up to a CD

Resolution

Due to a change in the behaviour of the Windows operating system since Windows 7 the functionality to save a back up directly to a CD no longer works.

As a work around, save your back up on the PC and then copy to the CD outside of the accounts software.

Alternatively you could make your back ups to a memory stick or server location instead.
