Problem

Workplace pension legislation states that pension information must be given to your employees. This means that to meet your employer communication duties, only directing employees to a web portal is insufficient.

Resolution

Since the introduction of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), on 25th May 2018, we’re hiding the employee address on pension letters emailed to the employee, as per the example below:

If the employee logs in to the OpenEnrol portal, their address will still appear on the pension letter, as per the example below:
